Nothing ever falls out, even when you're sitting down or get in the car. I don't even have to carry a purse when i wear this coat, and it doesn't show any bulkiness. When it's windy, that collar zips up high and helps keep me toasty inside. The only thing i would of liked, is a zipper that you can unzip from the bottom, too.
